Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Egypt! You will arrive after a long travel day, so I’ve planned to ensure that you have a relaxing and smooth first day. Once you arrive in Cairo, you’ll be greeted by one of our friends inside the airport who will assist you with obtaining your visa and will make getting through immigration stress free! You’ll then be transported to The Conrad, a 5-star hotel on the Nile River, where you will check into your room and have some time to unwind prior to our welcome dinner. Here you will get to meet all of your new travel gal pals and kick this trip of a lifetime off the right way!

Day 2
Get your pen ready because it’s time to check your bucket list! This morning we’ll be visiting a place you’ve only seen in history books until now – The Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx! After getting up close and personal with this wonder of the world, our crew will be taking a walk through history at the Grand Egyptian Museum. Our tour guide is THE best storyteller and makes learning about Egyptian history really entertaining and engaging. The crew will catch an evening flight to the city of Aswan and get checked in at the 5 star Movenpick hotel with a Nile view room.

Day 6
Today we arrive in Luxor and will visit the Valley of the Kings where you’ll get to explore the underground tombs and see the ancient hieroglyphics. You’ll even get a chance to lay your eyes on the mummy of King Tut! Afterwards, we’ll visit the temple of the baddest bitch in ancient Egypt – Queen Hatshepsut.

Day 7
We are back on land and say goodbye to our Nile cruise boat. We’ll start the day by exploring the massive Karnak Complex where you’ll stroll through the avenue of Sphinx, walk around the scarab statue for good luck and wander through the 134 gigantic columns. This temple will have you scratching your head and saying “How on earth did they build this?!” After our temple visit, we’ll begin our road trip to Hurghada and spend some time on the beautiful blue waters of the Red Sea! For the next couple of nights we will be staying at the 5-star Marriott Hurghada Beach Resort.

Day 8
On our last full day in Egypt, the girl gang will be yachting on the Red Sea! We will enjoy music, drinks, food, sunshine and swimming with our new travel fam. The Red Sea is known as one of the best diving spots in the world and we will have a certified scuba instructor aboard our boat. There will be options to go scuba diving, snorkeling, or simply relax and soak up the sun!

Day 3
Our squad will start today’s adventure with a visit to Philae Temple. This temple is unique because it’s located on its very own island and it has a super crazy story to go along with it including 2 feuding brothers, a beautiful goddess wife and a missing penis. Yes, you heard me right. You’ll have to tag along to Egypt to see how this story plays out! Next, we will cruise along the Nile to the colorful Nubian Village – one of my personal favorite stops! Here you’ll get a chance to do some shopping, get a henna tattoo, and try some local coffee.

Day 4
This morning we’re up early to see the most epic temple in all of Egypt – Abu Simbel! This temple is a little bit of a journey to go get to, but it’s 100% worth it – trust me! After picking our jaws up off the floor, we’ll begin our road trip back to the city of Aswan where we will check into our luxury Nile cruise boat.

Day 5
Today we continue our journey down the Nile and make a stop at Comombo & Edfu Temples on the way. You’ll have lots of free time today to rest, relax and soak up the sun by the pool on the top deck of our boat.

It’s not goodbye – it’s see ya later! Today we fly back to Cairo & say our farewells! Miss you already!

“Honestly it has taken me a while to write this review because I really do not know how to put my thoughts and feelings into words about this trip. Simply put, the trip was amazing! It was everything I wanted and needed, plus more.
From the beginning it was evident that tons of planning and consideration had gone into the trip (thank you for that)! There are also so many examples of that kindness and genuineness from the guides throughout the trip and they were always thinking ahead, always looking out, and always trying to ensure we all were having the time of our lives. I was always made to feel welcomed, comfortable and a part of the group.
Thanks to everyone who planned and facilitated this trip, I did have the time of my life. I never felt unsafe, uncomfortable, or out of the loop. I always felt well taken care of. It truly was an experience of a lifetime and is one I will never forget.
I’m sure there is so much more to say, but I’ll end it by saying going on a trip with complete strangers… especially all women… is wayyyy out of my comfort zone. I was nervous and scared, but it was totally amazing. I left the trip with friendships I know I will keep for a lifetime. Everything about the trip just felt good and right.
