Life With Ashley Jones Travel To Iceland

Travel is both a healer and a teacher. It can heal your heart and soul💔And it can teach you more about yourself and the world than anything else👩🏻🌎

I’ve learned that I am strong. That I am brave. That I am ambitious. That I am smart. That I am kind and compassionate. That I am eager to learn about and embrace other cultures. That I have a true appreciation and zest for life. That I am at peace with and dang proud of who I’ve grown to be. That I am an amazing QUEEN and no one is gonna dim my light 👸🏻✨

If you think I’m cocky after reading that – you are highly mistaken. I’m self assured and I am proud of who I’ve grown to be. You don’t know my struggles and how hard I worked to get to this place. It’s so crazy to me how quick our society is to talk negatively about ourselves. We look in the mirror and pinch areas of fat, or call ourselves stupid if we fail a test or don’t land a certain job. But how often do we look in the mirror and talk positively to ourselves? 🤔 Talking negatively to ourselves equates to normal behavior. And, talking positively to ourselves seems foreign or awkward. That is C-R-A-Z-Y to me 😱 I think one factor is people will look at you as cocky or stuck up. Well screw that, it’s simply not true. There is a difference in cockiness and confidence, and the ones that don’t know the difference should work on figuring it out. I urge you to speak positively to yourself, be proud of who you are. If you think you look good, tell yourself! Hell, take a selfie and post it! Most importantly LOVE yourself because you’re amazing and you are meant to be on this earth for a reason😘
