Wow what a crazy fun time we’ve all had! So thankful to have been a part of this amazing group trip to Greece where I have been able to meet such wonderful women! And so very thankful to Ashley Jones for being such an incredible host, travel buddy, and friend! She puts together phenomenal trips and you will make memories, laugh like crazy, and meet some of the best like minded people from all over the world.
Itinerary
Day 1 (May 13)
WELCOME TO GREECE!
Hiiiii, welcome to Greece! The girl gang will be picked up by a private driver from the Athens International Airport and transferred to our 4 star hotel near the Plaka district. You’ll get checked in and have some time to get settled before the group meets up for a stroll around the Plaka neighborhood and a welcome dinner to kick the trip off!

Day 2 (May 14)
ACROPOLIS & ATHENS CITY TOUR
After breakfast at the hotel, the TGG will venture out to explore Athens! We’ll start with a guided tour of one of the most iconic sites in the city – the Acropolis. You’ll walk through ancient ruins from over 2,000 years ago and get an incredible view of Athens from this historical hilltop. Then the group will embark on a city tour to discover ancient and modern gems of the city. Shop at sweet & savory local foods and pass by many other historical Athenian sites. You’ll have some afternoon leisure time before reuniting with the group to enjoy some rooftop cocktails to end the night.

Day 5 (May 17)
SARAKINIKO BEACH, KLIMA FISHING VILLAGE & WINE TASTING
After breakfast, the girl gang will enjoy some beach time at Sarakiniko.
This beach is one of my favorite spots in all of Greece! If the moon had a sea, this is what its beach would look like – seriously! Afterward, we will return to the hotel for a bit of rest time before heading out on a late afternoon adventure to a picturesque fishing village and a local vineyard for a wine tasting.

Day 6 (May 18)
TRAVEL TO SANTORINI & OIA SUNSET EXPERIENCE
Say goodbye to Milos! Today we are boarding a high speed ferry to the iconic island of Santorini! Upon arrival at the port, we’ll be taken to our charming 4 star hotel in the town of Fira to get checked in. You’ll have free time to wander the beautiful streets, enjoy a yummy lunch and grab souvenirs at the many shops in the village. Later that afternoon, the TGG will head to the famous Oia Village to catch the Santorini sunset and have a delicious dinner.

Day 3 (May 15)
TRAVEL TO MILOS & EXPLORE PLAKA VILLAGE
Today we’re heading to my favorite island and I can’t wait to show you ladies around! After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll take a morning ferry and arrive in Milos right around lunch time. Once we get checked into the hotel, you’ll have some downtime to relax or stroll through the cute island town. In the afternoon, the group will meet up to visit Plaka Village – the capital of the island. Explore the quaint streets of this village and wander into the small shops selling handmade goods. We’ll end the evening by catching an amazing sunset and enjoying dinner all together.

Day 4 (May 16)
MILOS SAILING ADVENTURE
Today we’ll set sail and explore the beauty of Milos while basking in the sun on our private boat. We will pass by traditional fishing villages with colorful little boat houses, swim in the bluest crystal-clear waters of the amazing bay of Galazia Nera and we’ll discover hidden beaches accessible only by boat. Get ready for some boat jumping, snorkeling, music and a delicious Greek lunch! Afterward, you’ll have the evening to yourself to either explore or unwind – the choice is yours!

Day 7 (May 19)
SAILING IN SANTORINI & OPTIONAL FLYING DRESS PHOTOSHOOT
Get ready for some fun in the sun! After breakfast at our hotel, we will cruise the Aegean Sea on a catamaran! Take in the amazing views of the caldera from the sea while the staff prepares an amazing barbecue lunch. We’ll swim in volcanic hot springs, jam out to some good tunes and enjoy the beauty of the cliffside villages. After the catamaran cruise, you’ll have the late afternoon free to enjoy as you like. Take a nap, get in some last minute shopping, or book an optional flying dress photoshoot! We’ll end our last night in Santorini with a group dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 8 (May 20)
AKROTIRI ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE VISIT & CONTINUE TO CRETE
Before leaving Santorini we will visit the Akrotiri Archaeological Site. It’s kind of like the “Pompeii of Greece.” This coastal settlement was once a prosperous city abruptly destroyed by a volcanic eruption in the 17th century BC. We’ll have lunch by the sea before heading to the port to board our ferry to Heraklion – Crete’s capital city. This evening we’ll explore the historic district of this lively city and have dinner together at one of the island’s top dining spots.

Day 9 (May 21)
CRETAN COOKING CLASS & EXPLORE VENETIAN CITY OF CHANIA
Today, we journey to West Crete to visit Vamos – a village nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains. Imagine an old olive press from the 1800’s, rock Venetian arches and giant millstones – this is the dreamy backdrop for our cooking class. Get ready to learn how to throw down in the kitchen and make lunch with Mrs. Koula. I hear she’s a local legend! After we devour the yummy food we just made, we’ll load up on the bus and head to Chania – Crete’s most beautiful town. Chania is set against the White Mountains and boasts a lively harbor, historical sites, a bustling market and nearby beaches. Once we settle into our hotel, we will venture out to explore the city.

Day 10 (May 22)
4WD EXCURSION TO BALOS LAGOON
After breakfast, we’ll hop into a 4WD vehicle and head to Balos Lagoon! This is one of Chania’s prized gems and is arguably the best beach in all of Greece! We’ll spend a few hours here soaking up the sunshine and swimming in the turquoise blue waters before returning to our hotel for a bit of free time. We’ll reunite as a group for our very last dinner and reminisce over our time together in Greece.
*Please note that a short downhill hike will be required to reach Balos Beach and we will have to hike back uphill after leaving the beach. Hike time is approximately 30 mins and totally worth it! I mean look at these views!!*
Day 11 (May 23)
TRAVEL HOME
It’s not “goodbye” – it’s “see you later!” Our time together in Greece has sadly come to an end, but I know I’ll be seeing many of you again soon! Grab breakfast at the hotel and I’ll see you off to the airport!

I wouldn’t hesitate in the slightest to recommend a trip with Ashley! I loved every single adventure we took and it took so much stress out of my life to have it all planned in advance with all her former knowledge of the best places to go.
