Sarakiniko Beach, Milos, Greece 🇬🇷
If you’re visiting Milos, put Sarakiniko at the top of your priority list. This was one of my fave spots – it truly feels out of this world! This volcanic rock shoreline gets its unique shape from waves driven by the northern winds and is often referred to as having a “moonscape.”
There is no admission fee; but make sure you come prepared with any essentials because there are no shops or restaurants on site. There is only one small food truck at the entrance to the beach that sells sodas, coffee and small snack items. You’ll need a towel, sunscreen and water at a minimum 😎
I reallllllly wanted to jump off one of the cliffs but the water was hella rough when we visited and it wasn’t safe according to the locals. So if you go to Sarakiniko, jump off the dang cliff for me and tell me awesome it was 😋
