As soon as I got my drivers license, I was known for “burning up the roads.” I was always out and about exploring, making friends and mayyyyybe even getting into a little bit of trouble.🙃
Now that I’m a full on “grown up” (I use this term lightly because I really just feel like a big kid), my free spirit has taken me far outside of my small hometown in North Carolina.
Although my parents had never traveled internationally, I felt this strong desire to see and experience the world. I had no idea how to book a flight, navigate an airport or how I was going to make my way through a new place without knowing anyone. I had all the reasons in the world to not take the trips – but I did it anyway.
This changed my whole life.
Taking that first step into the unknown (even though I was scared silly!) opened me up to a world of possibilities that I had no idea existed!
HELLOOO – I wouldn’t have found my passion or my purpose. And, I sure as hell would not be the owner of a six figure travel based business if I would have never taken that first scary step out of my comfort zone.
